CheeZaatar was founded in 2018 and opened its first branch in Hamilton – Ontario. The concept was simply to provide our customers with a unique taste and fresh ingredients freshly prepared in front of them.
Over the years our menu has grown and developed to reflect and meet the consumers of today and the ever evolving trends and needs. Starting from our initial offer of simple Manakish, we now offer a diversified menu which includes a various range of tastes and cooking techniques. From the freshly baked flatbreads to the Mediterranean style salads to our Levant inspired Cold and Hot starters, we draw inspiration from our ever-growing diverse customer base.
