THE PASSION FOR MANAKISH
When I was a child, my Mom used to build a wood fired oven with her own hands using just clay. The delicious aromas of the home-made Zaatar and Cheese baked in her simple oven lived inside me for long.
When I grew up, I traveled and lived in several places around the globe and everywhere I was searching in vain for a bakery that would offer tasty Manakish similar to my Mom home made ones. I never found a taste that would satisfy my senses so I decided to create my own bakery.
